Ristorante La Bocca della Verità — Restaurant in Pomezia

Was recommended to eat here by an old colleague, and on first sight was a tad dubious. However as soon we got inside that changed within seconds, amazing welcome, really nice waiter and server. One of our party was undecided and ordered a tuna steak where the others ordered the cream of langoustine risotto, the waiter brought a small plate of the risotto for him to try without being asked and it was a gesture on the house. Restaurant was very pleasant and clean, you can tell they are trying to make it nice. Menu is accessed by a QR code, thankfully there was good internet. The menu is modest of 4/5 starters, first courses and mains. Bread was good, the risotto was very well cooked though a little too much cream but we'll put together and good fresh langoustines. Service was quick, prompt to our needs and with a smile. We even went for a seafood salad starter because of the great welcome and help we got ordering. Biscuits at the end very welcomed and on the house. Will definitely return and recommend to others travelling in Pomezia...

I spent New Year's Eve dinner at La Bocca Della Verita and it was a fabulous experience! The staff was wonderful and really friendly! The atmosphere was really festive! My family and I really enjoyed eating dinner there while listening to the amazing live music in the background! At midnight we were served with the traditional panettone or pandoro with champagne to celebrate the New Year coming! In just a few words I would say that you shouldn't miss eating a wonderful lunch or dinner at La Bocca Della Verita! You wouldn't want to miss some amazing food served by wonderful staff! Un'esperienza culinaria eccezionale a Pomezia! Sono rimasto assolutamente entusiasta della mia recente visita. È stata una vera e propria rivelazione e non vedo l'ora di tornarci! Fin dal momento in cui sono entrato, ho percepito un'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata. Ma il vero protagonista della serata è stato, senza ombra di dubbio, il cibo. Io e il mio amico abbiamo mangiato fuori in una verandina molto intima e ci siamo sentiti profondamente a nostro agio. Voglio fare i miei più sinceri complimenti per la preparazione dei primi piatti: ogni boccone era un'esplosione di sapori, con abbinamenti perfetti e una maestria evidente nella cottura della pasta. Si percepisce una cura e una passione in ogni dettaglio che rendono l'esperienza indimenticabile. E che dire del pesce freschissimo? Semplicemente sublime! Dal sapore delicato e autentico, è chiaro che la qualità della materia prima è una priorità assoluta per questo ristorante. Ogni piatto di pesce che abbiamo provato era cucinato alla perfezione, esaltando la sua freschezza in modo impeccabile. Un plauso va anche a tutto lo staff, sempre attento, professionale e cordiale, che ha contribuito a rendere la serata ancora più piacevole, in particolare modo a Tresi la cameriera che ha saputo rispondere ad ogni nostro quesito. "La Bocca della Verità" è un luogo che consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello, con primi piatti superlativi e pesce che sa di mare. Cinque stelle...
