Non puoi non ricordarti di essere a Porto Empedocle, non puoi non ricordarti che il miglior pesce della provincia lo mangi a Porto Empedocle. Sin da subito il signor Sacco accoglie i suoi ospiti con squisita gentilezza e professionalità sulla soglia, accompagnandoli al loro tavolo, e prendendosi cura di loro per tutta la cena, che più che cena è una vera e propria esperienza di gusti. Il menu fisso, sin dal suo rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente in ogni aspetto. L' insostituibile vino bianco di casa accompagna il pasto, gazzosa a fiumi per rinfrescare il palato, ed ecco la regina del l'antipasto: la sarda a beccafico, una delle migliori che io abbia mai mangiato!
