We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed bored and uninterested. The octopus salad appetizer was spoiled and had a terrible smell, which set negative expectations for the coming plates. Best meal in the whole 5 terre. Portovenere is a must go place, the castel and sunset view are amazing, go there and then stop at la Medusa for a sensational dinner! Lovely staff, great wine selection and delicious food! Still dreaming about the pesto pasta! Not to mention the stuffed mussels, unbelievable! Same with the frittura, best yet. Super super recommended! My boyfriend wants to go back to there...

Best food of our entire trip! The octopus carpaccio was out of this world, the fish ravioli amazing and the cod fish perfectly cooked. Loved this place. Too bad we were only here for one day :-).
