Horrible place, owner rude, waiter ( the only one) with butterflies in his head. We reserved a table for four. The place was empty. Very scared place, old and like a ghost place. There was not menu, so not price to compare. The waiter only ask if we want seafood appetizers and some fish for main course. We asked to have fried calamari and shrimp. Appetizers were ok. We waited so long for the main course.But when the fried calamari and shrimp came we were really disappointed because we had a large empty plate ( for sure it was not for four people), calamari were very small ( frozen and poor quality) shrimp , small and visible frozen). We tried to catch the waiter attention but he didn't pay attention to us.We ate very fast....we were hungry, waiting for so long. When the waiter finally came, we gentle said that the main course were very small and it didn't was for four people. He said ok, I will bring a little more. We waited again for so long. Finally he brought another plate bigger than before without said one word. We ate all and we asked for the bill. It was crazy. 4 appetizers ( we ate probably for three) and 7 SEVEN calamari and shrimp. We didn't understand how they came out with those numbers and we asked to the owner to explain us. We was extremely rude, insulted us and start yelling. We understand how bad person it was and it was visible that he was drunk. So we have our American Express and he said that he didn't accept it because it is a credit card for gypsies. At that point I used another card to pay and after he realized that we paid start screaming, with bad BAD words pushing us to go out to HIS place and other three men that were dining in the restaurant tried to kick us out. The situation was really embarrassing but we left. We paid 240 euros . Never again. DON'T GO THERE THAT PERSON IS A THIEF WITH A BAD...
Read moresiamo andati a mangiare al Ristorante Il Carillon (Porto Torres)eravamo in 7 persone dopo un po' si è avvicinato il cameriere!!!! unico cameriere in tutto il ristorante lento come la lumaca e un po' scorbutico abbiamo chiesto antipasto e due primi spaghetti con crostacei e fregola con frutti di mare, in cucina unico cuoco dopo un po' di attesa e' arrivato l'antipasto un pezzo a testa dopo una lunga attesa sono arrivati i primi che abbiamo chiesto due piatti da portata di spaghetti erano stracariche di sugo molto olio molto peperoncino e molto salati e ci siamo serviti noi poi sono arrivati due piatti da portata di fregola come richiesta la fregola era affogata nel brodo sembrava minestrone oltretutto salatissime. Abbiamo chiesto al cameriere se ci portava una pinza per aprire i crostacei,la sua risposta è stata che non aveva tempo di portare niente perché era solo. Alla fine abbiamo chiesto il conto e anche quello è arrivato molto salato abbiamo pagato 21 euro x 7 e non abbiamo mangiato niente era tutto salato e affogato nell'olio e molto sugo abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e la risposta del cameriere è stata io sono solo, del titolare nessuna risposta la mia risposta e reazione è stata che gli farò pessima pubblicità e siamo andati via. Perciò vi dico questa è stata la nostra avventura in questo ristorante. Perciò vi dico NON ANDATE IN QUESTO RISTORANTE. Read moreWhat a shame, an empty and dated restaurant and the owner would rather watch TV with his friends than serve the only customers. We were not even offered water let alone greeted by the "staff" so we left shortly after arrival.
It was lucky because after we left we went to the busy piazza and ate at Piazza Garibaldi, everything was fantastic.
I would not reccomend this place, perhaps it was good 20 years ago but now...
