We have tried their pasta at a birthday party and it was fantastic! You could taste each ingredient in it. They were all fresh and rich in flavor. The ricotta in the ravioli and even the lemon zest and the zafraon their were all there. Truly wonderful. Later that week we have the pleasure to visit their store in Pula. It was so clean, even the employees uniforms shine. The location was spot on the heart of the city. And the owners (3 genereations of master chefs of authentic Sardenians) were so kind with us and everyone else that was a pleasure to be able to see it in person. But the best came last... Trovato il pastificio per caso, durante una passeggiata a Pula! Sono entrata attirata dal cartello "oggi zeppole". All'interno abbiamo trovato una sorridente e gentilissima ragazza che ci ha accolto ❤️Le zeppole erano ancora calde e nel bancone, tra le varie bontà, c'erano anche le chiacchiere e le pardule. Ho preso 4 zeppole, 4 chiacchiere e 2 pardule e ho pagato solo 6 euro. La ragazza le ha separate in tre bustine ( cosa non scontata) + sacchetto. Che dire? Era tutto buonissimo! Provare per credere! 😏 Le pardule sono superlative🤤🫶🏼 Consiglio sicuramente il pasticificio, pulito, accogliente, arredato con gusto e dai prezzi giusti.
