Ristorante Erika — Restaurant in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

Tonight i wanted to invite my friends to Ristorante Erika. Because i know that during dinner time can be quite difficult to find a table ,i made a phone call. I was told that there is one table if we can come I confirmed. At the time we arrived from one part of the village to Ristorante Erika (not more than 20 minutes) she said: “Sorry i gave the table to someone alse.I thought that you would not come.” I find this very unfriendly and unprofessional. How we could be quicker there ,as we were? Just somebody living next to the restaurant could be. Or she should gave us time limit.Something like 5 minutes or something to get there that we could make clear at first point that this is impossible for us. This situation just confirm my impression from past years when i was very often their guest , that they are not very welcoming. Making me hurry to dinner and after saying that she gave the table to someone alse, without warning me that she will do this, this is unacceptable. I could understand this action if she would say that the table would be reserved for …minutes. But just after 20 minutes what i think in the limit of expected time for someone to arrive,this is...

Food is maximum ok, but price-benefit relation is bad in my opinion. I found it pretty expensive for what it is (we had the millefeulle, pizza and pasta). I politely asked if they could change one ingredient in the pizza, they say "sure!" And charged 2 euros for it in the end all in all. I think they could have said it before. The owner (I guess) was also not the friendliest in the morning when I asked if I could go to the bathroom - nothing too bad but it really could be nicer said. The other waiters were very nice. Food was quite good. I appreciated the broth and the pork knuckle. All the dishes arrived quite fast and the waitresses were joyful.

I didn't understand the portions: pork knuckle was a complete meal instead other dishes were too little like if they were tasting (Polenta). Another point I don't understand are the desserts prices. I think 9,00€ for a strudel is a little too much, furthermore I think it is not aligned the other menu's dishes. (These are my personal feelings and I don't considered them...
