If we could give it 6 stars we would. If we could give it 10 stars, we would. Best meal we've had in our two weeks in Italy. Pasta a la scoglio and salmon was absolutely delicious. We paid 41 euros for 4 dishes, water, two bottles of delicous sparkling wine, cake and coffee. But the best part of the experience was the owner/hostess, Rossi. Throughout the night she made every single guest feel at home, with her great big smile and attitude. Me and my girlfriend simply adored her! This place deserves even 6 stars! Starting with the waitress who was a perfect host and made us feel like home. She even spoke English which is very uncommon in a place like this in Italy. The food was even better. We had Spaghetti Vongole as a first and Beef Filet as a second course and I was blown away. I still regret not having tried their desserts as I was full already. We read about this place from a local review and dropped in the day before to secure our 12pm lunch booking.

Everyone orders at the same time from the menu of the day with a few choices in the two categories.

We were here for a Sunday lunch and it was such a unique experience for us. Everyone seemed to be a local and it was loud and vibrant and the food was simple but so good.

We felt like we were at a huge family lunch and Rosie deal with a full house single handed.
