Ristorante Bagno Perla — Restaurant in Ravenna

The food was very fresh and generous. We ordered for the dinner Insalate di mare, lasagna and Tarantina di spaghetti alla chitarra con cozze (spaghetti with mussels in a spicy tomato sauce). The meals looked simple but they were so delicious and addictive. The waiters are all very nice and caring.

We couldn’t order pizza as they were reserved for a wedding in the other part of the restaurant, but they looked huge and appetizing !

The only issues are the very loud music (kind of normal in a beach restaurant) and lots of mosquitoes so be ready. We saw that the waiters provided anti-mosquito candles to some clients.

Siamo stati al bagno perla per l'ennesima volta. Abbiamo mangiato bene (strozzapreti alla mediterranea) e strozzapreti panna e prosciutto. Peccato per la pizzeria chiusa in quanto volevamo cenare al bagno perla per mangiare la pizza sister che è molto buona. Ma il proprietario non ha l'accortezza di specificarlo nè nel sito nè nella prenotazione. Serata tutto sommato positiva se non fosse per il conto sbagliato con quel mezzo euro in più sugli strozzapreti che fa innervosire. Fa innervosire proprio perchè il proprietario tende a fare il furbetto e non è la prima volta che ci sono degli errori. Guarda caso sempre a favore del ristoratore e mai del cliente. Eppure la statistica suggerirebbe un 50% e 50%. Se al casinò si punta sempre il rosso o il nero si ha la probabilità di andare in pareggio perchè statisticamente sul lungo periodo la statistica evidenzia un 50% e 50%. Nei ristoranti casualmente questo non succede. Tende sempre ad essere verso il 100% a favore del ristoratore e verso lo 0% a favore del cliente. Sfidando sempre l'immensa potenza della statistica e indicando che non è causalità ma malafede. E non conta il "quanto" ma il principio. Si vuole sempre essere nel clan dei furbetti! Con una lungimiranza miope. Quindi salvo con 3 stelline la qualità delle pietanze che c'era ma condanno l'atteggiamento furbetto e miope e reiterato del bagno. Non era la prima volta. Le altre volte ho lasciato perdere. Questa volta anche. Ma mi è venuto voglia di condividere questo atteggiamento con il pubblico. Che cosi sà come potrebbe accadere. Peccato davvero perchè la qualità nella cucina c'è. Manca la lungimiranza. A partire dal proprietario a cui consiglio di andare "oltre" e sarei uno dei più fedeli clienti. Ma ho paura che non...
