Il Pizzicagnolo. Officina Alimentare — Restaurant in Rimini

BIG SCAM This place was a big mistake.

1. toilet didn't had a lock, there wasn't any toilet paper
2. when we arrived they asked us if we want food or drinks. We explicitly said JUST DRINKS but they brought whole plate of food that we didn't order anyway. When we said we don't want the food, they said it was free of charge. We didn't eat or touch it.
3. wine was ok, but when we googled the price it said 6€. So it was quite a shock when they said we had to pay 20€. Idk maybe I'm delusional or something, but in my country if something costs in store 6€ the price in restaurant is usually around 12-15€

The food was amazing: we ordered Rimini Rimini pizza (this was the best dish), tagliatelle alla ragu (they missed to pour cheese, but i mentioned to them and within a minute they corrected this) and Salame pizza. To drink we ordered Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz which were made very concentrated just as we like. The espresso was also tasty and strong enough. The prices are appropriate for this doses of food. The toilet is clean and nice, however the toilet seat is missing (I suggest to add). From outside the place doesnt seem like a good restaurant, but inside you will find a treasure. Overall we recommend it...

Wonderful authentic Italian food. The owner is quite a character! I had a tagliatelli marinara (which was amazing) - and it was quite unlike all the rest I've had in my life. It had simple presentation, but the sauce stuck so well to the pasta, and I didn't have to deshell prawns and mussels myself. Also the Tiramisu dessert was very good - the cream in it...
