As soon as we arrive, the table we had previously booked is changed as it was already occupied. When we asked for the piadina squacquerone, rocket and caramelized figs, we were promptly told that the last ingredient was no longer available (despite it being one of the few more sought-after ingredients in the restaurant, as well as seasonal fruit). Subsequently we ask for a tuna onion pizza and the question whether the pizza is red or not must be repeated 2 times before getting an answer. I personally chose fish skewers but I regretted it because they were not as good as I tought they would be for being on the coast! Today we went to try seafood to this Restaurant. I’ve noticed since we sat down that the waiter was drinking in front of everyone and i made sure of it when he came to our table and was leaning on it. When he brang us the food he didn’t give us any forks or knifes. When we came to him to ask for the cutlery he was mad for interupting his conversation With 2 ladies who were also customers. INDIMENTICABILI!!! Siamo stati in vacanza a Rimini per 15 giorni e per 13 abbiamo mangiato da loro! Sia lo staff di sala che la cucina sono così ECCEZIONALI che chiunque li provi una sola volta se ne innamori e ritorni sicuramente, per questo motivo la gente aspetta volentieri che si liberi un tavolo per mangiare da loro. Partiamo dall'accoglienza data dal MITICO Pedro che riceve sempre tutti con un sorriso ed una simpatia travolgente a cui è impossibile resistere, riesce ad unire massima professionalità e follia facendoti passare una serata unica; passiamo a Joe, un MAGNIFICO DIRETTORE che riesce in ogni momento a controllare tutta la sala e a coccolare i clienti con un mix esplosivo di simpatia, gentilezza e competenza, a completare la squadra Laureano, il MARADONA della ristorazione, che non perde mai tempo a farti accomodare per farti trascorrere una serata indimenticabile... Al bancone troviamo l' ADORABILE Armina, instancabile e attentissima nonostante le montagne di bicchieri e conti da far pagare, sempre dolcissima con i clienti. La cucina da PROVARE ASSOLUTAMENTE, i due chef che si alternano sono bravissimi, porzioni abbondanti e piatti veramente squisiti, dico solo che abbiamo gustato tutto il menù e le pietanze erano sempre una goduria. Noi personalmente abbiamo lasciato il nostro cuore, i ragazzi hanno contribuito a rendere unica e indimenticabile la nostra vacanza. Ci mancate e speriamo di riabbracciarvi presto...
