Absolutely loved our visit to Puro & Bio Rimini! This gelato spot hits all the right notes—organic, vegan‑friendly, and gluten‑free options available. Very good place for an ice-cream or granita (smashed ice with flavours). Both are really good and tasteful. I highly suggest granita with lemon and ginger. Every product is prepared with organic (that is the translation of "bio") and fresh ingredients . The prices are from 3 euros up to 4, so they are 50 cents more than usual but it totally worth it. I think they are one of the best in Rimini, despite the strong competition with "il castello" e "la romana"....

Locale carino e visivamente sfizioso, con prezzi nella norma, file scorrevoli, personale gentile e ben formato capace di spiegare bene i gusti e in caso di dubbio persistente del cliente, è peremesso un piccolo assaggio. Sono presenti circa 15 gusti a base di latte bio, 6 gusti di frutta 100% vegani e 7 gusti a base di latte di riso 100% vegani. Il gelato non si scioglie molto velocemente (fatto al quanto fastidioso e facilmente riscontrabile altrove), la quantità per ogni gusto scelto è quasi abbondante, i sapori sono ben definiti e sensibilmente distinti tra i vari gusti. Nota da evidenziare: il "crazy mango" è un gusto alla frutta davvero esplosivo, fresco, variegato nei sapori in quanto dà la sensazione di assaporare una sorta di moito analcolico (poiché il gusto comprende anche lime e menta) su un letto di delicato e avvolgente mango. Invece "asia" esprime da subito la caratteristica del latte di riso, rilascia le lievi note di cardamomo verde e conclude con un retrogusto di mandorla (in particolare ricorda il dolcetto di pasta di mandorle). Gelateria con gusti davvero ben fatti, alcuni spaziali e tanti altri prodotti da provare....
