Ristorante Habanero — Restaurant in Rimini

I just returned from dining at Ristorante Habanero and am compelled to give a great review. The food was fresh, beautifully presented and beyond delicious. Even though the food and value was excellent, I was more impressed with the customer service! The entire team from bartender to chef and all the servers went above and beyond to answer my questions, meet my needs and exceed expectations. The friendliest, loveliest people I’ve had attend to me in a restaurant since arriving in Italy. I noticed and am grateful! And all of this without me being able to speak Italian! Bravo...

I recently went to this restaurant, not because i heard about it but because all the other restaurants were packed, so my boyfriend and I decided to come in. Bad experience, the staff was completely rude! specially the waiter we had. . He was not polite at all, he was only helpful to customers who were paying lets say “a good amount” by ordering a bottle etc, which by the way we ordered the steak and was awful, not even well cooked..etc etc. I would not...

The atmosphere was nice and the staff were really great.... was not a big fan of the food. I've lived in Italy for 3 years and I would not say that the food was delicious. My husbands dish was okay shrimp with dumplings (gnocchi) my spaghetti with clams was sandy and no seasoning same with my daughters fried seafood platter...prices were not bad but I'd rather pay for "good" food which is why I choose the 4 stars....
