We arrived after lunch time, however were still able to get some food and drinks. The restaurant is situated behind a walking bridge with filtered views to the beach. The lunch specials (€10-€12) are displayed on a black board and include a drink and some a glass of wine. If you want to view their full menu, you have to scan their QR code and view it on your mobile phone (Whatta?!). We ordered the calamari fritti and the chicken cotelette from their lunch special. The calamari looked nice, with a small salad on the side, however were not fresh (frozen) and quite chewy. The chicken was paper thin and heavily battered with an oily taste (frozen as well). The worst part however was that they serve the olive oil and the balsamico vinegar in little plastic sachet (like in a fast food restaurant). The ketchup, mayo and salt & pepper came in plastic/paper sachets as well. We asked the waitress why they don't serve oil/vinegar/s&p like any other restaurants, she replied that this is more convenient for them as they do not have to supply a set for every table and then clean it after each use (WHATTA!!!!). Mediocre food, pizza was decent, but French fries tasted like they’d been fried in the same oil as the fish. Service was beyond bad.

After the mains were finished, some plates were cleared. However, the waitresses simply disappeared for nearly half an hour, leaving some of our party sitting with their finished plates. Same for the other four tables around us. I assume the staff went to eat.

After we paid and left, there were several dirty tables, which didn’t get cleaned up. Sad to see rubbish from the restaurant blowing...

Siamo andati a mangiare in questo posto su consiglio di amici, ma non siamo partiti benissimo, hanno sbagliato la prenotazione ed una volta sul posto non c'era il tavolo, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1h che se ne liberasse uno. Abbiamo iniziato con il bere, ordinando un bianco della casa, arrivato fresco, come dovrebbe essere (in alcune redenzione se ne lamentavano) A seguito, come antipasti, abbiamo ordinato alici marinate e antipasto rustico, in entrambi i casi i piatti hanno superato le aspettative per quantità e sapore. Abbiamo proceduto con la pietanza primaria dove abbiamo optato per spaghetti alle vongole, frutto misto e bistecca di tonno; in tutti i casi le porzioni erano sostanziose e i sapori deliziosi. Per finire abbiamo ordinato panna cotta e muffin ubriaco, di cui solo quest'ultimo era un po' asciutto, mentre la panna cotta era deliziosa. Per accompagnare i piatti siamo stati serviti con la schiaccia fatta al momento; una delizia! Arrivati al momento di pagare abbiamo ricevuto le scuse dalla titolare in persona e un bello sconto per il disagio arrecato. Mi sento di dire che il locale debba lavorare ancora per rendere il servizio impeccabile, ma i ragazzi sono giovani e si stanno dando da fare per migliorare; gli auguro...
