4,5 Bistrot — Restaurant in Rome

Visited this restaurant twice on a recent trip to Rome. Both visits were fantastic! The food was truly superb - a perfect balance of restaurant level cooking, but with a feel that you get from home cooking. The wine was also really good.

Most striking was the service - which was extremely friendly and helpful.

Do una buona valutazione comprendendo anche com'era qualche anno fa e il mio affetto per il luogo e le persone... ma in tutta sincerità da quando lo chef precedente è andato via la qualità della cucina è calata molto; non che si mangi male, diciamo molto più semplice, zero originalità e piuttosto scondito (cosa che tutto sommato potrebbe essere gradita ad alcuni). Ad ogni modo rimane intatto lo stile shabby-chic degli interni e la rara cortesia e accoglienza d'altri tempi della ragazza al bancone. Ottime le birre artigianali proposte. Ideale...
