Where do I begin, made a reservation through their site, it said reservation successful, however when we arrived at the restaurant they did not have us on the reservation. That’s fine, they still accommodate us inside. They only came to take our order 25 minutes later, I get it they are busy, waitress takes our order, does not write anything down, makes us repeat the order, and still screws up. That’s ok everyone makes mistakes, my son had ordered a calzone fritto without ricotta, he got a baked calzone with ricotta, when he cut it open, it was filled with water and had completely wet the calzone, asked the waiter if this is normal, he argued with us that it was normal. The equivalent of a half a glass of water came out of that Calzone. The same waiter says he would have it redone, 10 minutes goes by and another waiter comes by to ask what the problem was. We repeat once again that the order was supposed to be a calzone fritto without ricotta just sauce and cheese, another 5 minutes goes by and another waiter comes to our table to ask what the issue was. At this point my patience was wearing thin, I just asked for the bill, as the rest of us had already finished eating, waiter was arguing with me that he wanted absolutely fulfil the order, we once again said what the order was supposed to be, and he brought a calzone fritto without ricotta, they got that right, but with ham and cheese instead of sauce and cheese. My son just ate it as is. What bothered me the most were the small details like having a forks and knives, and the need to ask for them, or just simply water to start. The total service took 2 hours, a couple that had arrived about 30min after us left 45 minutes before us. Experience was very disappointing to say the least, it’s too bad I had high expectations, but they seemed to have dropped the ball the night we were there. Overall the food was below average, I orderer a burger with mortadella and stracciatelle di pistacchio, I received my burger 10 minutes before the others in my party, I waited for the others to receive their food of course my burger was cold by then. Burger was ok, but I guess that’s on me for ordering a burger in a pizzeria. The pizza the others ordered was ok. The O Panar, was the best thing we had, and surprisingly they were popping them out of the kitchen very fast.

Nulla da dire sul cibo, ottimi sia i fritti (abbiamo preso montanare di vari gusti, supplì e crocchette), che la pizza, caratterizzata da un impasto soffice e leggero.

Purtroppo ci sono stati diversi errori durante il servizio: per gli antipasti mancava una delle montanare, che ci hanno portato dopo circa 20 minuti e due solleciti (ci può stare, era sabato sera e il locale era molto affollato) Gli antipasti stessi sono arrivati abbastanza in ritardo dal momento dell'ordine Ma non finisce qui

Eravamo una tavolata da 10 persone, abbiamo preso 5 hamburger e 5 pizze; queste ultime sono arrivate dopo 20 minuti rispetto agli hamburger, quando ormai gli altri avevano quasi finito di mangiare. Inoltre uno degli hamburger era del gusto sbagliato rispetto a quello richiesto, abbiamo quindi dovuto attendere ancora per farcelo rifare.

Infine ci portato per sbaglio una pizza extra non richiesta quando ormai stavamo per ordinare il dolce.

L'ambiente era molto caotico, si faceva fatica a parlare con le persone accanto, ma ripeto, era sabato sera...purtroppo ambiente caotico abbinato ai numerosi errori durante il servizio mi costringono a mettere una recensione abbstanza negativa, se non fosse per l'ottimo cibo metterei una stella...cercate di adeguare la qualità del servizio alla qualità della cucina! È un peccato perché sicuramente si può...

Siamo stati in questa pizzeria nel weekend per provarla visto la nostra continua ricerca di "posti nuovi" Arrivati sul posto ci siamo resi conto di essere già stati li e che semplicemente il posto aveva cambiato gestione e nome. Che dire, abbiamo prenotato e ci siamo seduti quasi immediatamente (cosa da non dare per scontato nelle pizzerie di sabato sera). Il locale è abbastanza piacenre, abbastanza moderno. Il servizio è stato abbastanza rapido, sia con le comande, sia per quanto riguarda il servizio del cibo. Il personale è formato da ragazzi molto attivi e di buona presenza, sanno il fatto loro. Molto gentili, presenti e sorridenti. Passando al cibo: -abbiamo provati i fritti, davvero non male, qualcosina può essere rivista, però gli ingredienti degli stessi facevano sentire la propria presenza, sono quasi sicuro siano prodotti da loro e non roba surgelata. -le pizze sono state eccellenti, un impasto leggero, cotto bene, gli ingredienti si vedevano e si sentivano sia nel tratto del gusto che nell'olfatto. -i dolci allo stesso modo, sono stati davvero molto buoni, prodotti da loro sicuramente avevano un gusto avvolgente che ti faceva sentire coccolato. Il conto è assolutamente buono, nulla da dire per quello che abbiamo mangiato, anzi consiglio il posto per chiunque voglia mangiarsi un eccellente pizza...
