Bar Vittoria — Restaurant in Rome

Bar Vittoria looks unassuming from outside but it offers a huge variety of italian food. Apart from croissants and Cappuccinos, espresso coffee and lattes the chef prepares the pizzas with the authentic pinsa mix which is a mix of wheat, rice and soy and it is therefore lighter with fewer calories and easier to digest. One can order white pizza without tomato sauce and the classic pizza with tomato sauce and all various toppings. My favourite is the one with nduja a salami with chili typical from Calabria. The Bar restaurant also serves Pastas such as carbonara, gricia and pastas from various parts of Italy not only Rome area as well as salads as saltimbocca alla romana, bisteccas and tagliata di manzo. Moreover they have sandwiches for a quick bite and aperitiivo with gin and tonic, rum and cola and spritz being some of the staples all moderately prices and served with snacks at the tables outside of the bar. We was there in July and stay in hotel Aroma Lifestyle.For 5 nights we stop for drinks and same good food in this bar .We wasn t disapointed ,service was so frendly and good ,we made friends and injoing time there .Once when we came back from Australia in Rome we will stop there and look for same peopels.Thanks very much for yor...

Piacevolissima scoperta!! Me l'avevano consigliato in tanti e anche le recensioni mi ispiravano, così ho pensato di prenotare per cenare dopo il concerto che avevamo eseguito al Buon Pastore, prenotando. Premessa utile per dire quanto siano tutti disponibili perchè siamo arrivati con quasi 1 ora di ritardo e non avendo avvisato, siamo arrivati che stavano chiudendo. Nonostante ciò, ci hanno fatto accomodare con un gran sorriso e cortesemente ci hanno serviti! Cortesia e professionalità, merce molto rara! Ma parliamo della cucina: abbiamo mangiato delle pinse davvero buone! Impasto a regola d'arte (leggero e gustoso), ingredienti di buona qualità e sapientemente abbinati, una più buona dell'altra!
