Pret-à-Polpett — Restaurant in Rome

Have dinner here! I had a lovely dinner here this evening with my wife and daughter. The owner is charming, and is a “triple threat”: he can cook, he can run the front of house, and he can manage the business! The presentation and execution of the meal was excellent and he couldn’t of been kinder. His beer recommendation was perfect and his offer of a small liqueur after dinner was the perfect ending. We will do our best to go again the next time...

We had a great meal at this restaurant, the meatballs were very different to any we had tried before and were very inventive. The service was excellent and terrific value, we were even given a free liquor at the end of the meal. Would recommend to anyone in the area for a meal out and vegetarian and vegans are also...

Le materie prime eccellenti unite agli abbinamenti particolari e gustosissimi fanno delle polpette di Pret-à-polpett qualcosa di veramente delizioso. La scelta va dalle ricette più classiche (ma che non temono il confronto con le polpette della nonna!) a nuove proposte che rendono il menù ogni volta una sopresa. Abbiamo assaggiato polpette di arista di maiale sfumate alla birra, le carb-on-air, di ricotta di pecora con una meravigliosa crema di zabaione salato, pecorino e guanciale di Norcia, saporita e delicata allo stesso tempo; infine le zing, con filetto di petto di pollo e salsa senape e miele fatta in casa. Per l'asporto il serivzio è stato puntuale e curato nei dettagli: le polpette vengono confezionate in pratiche scatoline 100% compostabili, ciascuna porzione con la propria salsa a parte. Il locale è molto acogliente, torneremo presto per mangiare sul posto....
