What a lovely and friendly experience. We were welcomed by whom I assume is the owner. He explained many dishes to us in detail, in English which was so helpful. The food was wonderful and they had gluten free options for my friend. Do stop in here for an authentic and cozy meal. Highly, highly, recommend

We had lunch at 2, they have gluten free pasta which is good to have, i personally did not liked it, the atmosphere was so awesome, and my favourite part is the design didn't had any flow, the fake design part was painted (so cool). And I don't have a word to the service, the waitress was very nice 🙂

A dire il vero ci avevano indicato altri locali dove mangiare ma io ... che sono istintivo .... camminando tra i vicoli di Ostia Antica mi ha affascinato la semplicità di questo locale dall'esterno. Entrato siamo stati accorti da colui che ci ha poi servito. Persona di cultura che ha proposto i cibi cucinati ... intervallando cenni storici del borgo. Abbiamo mangiato il giusto e ... quando si assapora con gusto i prezzi cadono in secondo piano anche se a parere personale rientravano nei canoni comuni. Ancora grazie a quel signore che non sono riuscito a salutare ma che merita di essere ascoltato. Se tornerò ad Ostia Antica il locale sarà la mia prima tappa per cibarmi.

I have been coming to Italy for some 30 years and there are not many places I have not been, but I must say that Bistrot "Piazza Ravenna" in Ostia Antica would have to be one of the best places I have eaten in. The menu is good with daily specials and the food is delicious The host Michelangelo is a true gentleman and speaks English perfectly.The restaurant is in an old castle giving it a great atmosphere. Best food I’ve had so far on this to Rome. After visiting the Archeological Park at Ostia Antica we came here for lunch. We sat outside under an umbrella in a little courtyard and had a wonderful lunch. I enjoyed tagliatelle with ragu and my wife enjoyed a salad with chicken, walnuts and Parmesan....
