CAFFE GEMINI — Restaurant in Rome

I almost never write a review (if ever) bad or good. But after traveling 3 weeks in Europe across 5 countries and more than 10 cities this place is the most memorable. The owner/ manager was super welcoming and didn't mind that we didn't know Italian. My fiance and I keep smiling afterward and thinking next time we are in Rome that we have to stop by the shop just to support it and show our appreciation. So if you are reading this then don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed. Stop by and grab a quick bite or drink. And if you're the owner/manager that is reading this, please continue to be kind and sweet. Hopefully we will be able to stop here again...

I had a coffee and croissant and both were very good. The workers spoke enough english for me to order and they were really nice. Especially for 6:50am. Cafe late was €3 and a filled croissant was €1.50 which is very cheap i think. There is both an indoor dining area and an outdoor seating area. With heaps of room. They also have 2 toilets to use that were relatively clean. Very convenient location just across the road from where the flix bus...

Great place with great ambiance, clean place with a clean toilet. The owner/old man by the bar was a really nice and welcoming person. We went there at night, tired, but the welcome we received and the attention given by the old man really made our day, especially as a non italian-speaking foreigner. Would definitely visit again every time we’d have to get the bus in...
