Amazing and unforgettable customer service : This review focusses on amazing customer service, thoughtfulness and human kindness
Background - I was travelling to Siena and my backpack was stolen at the bus station. Later that day the thieves attempted to use two cancelled credit cards at Strada Romana Pizza & Grill .
Antonio (owner Strada Romana Pizza & Grill) proactively recovered my bag from the thieves and then rang the Siena hotel (which was my next hotel) , explained the situation, obtained my number, contacted me in Rome, and then returned my belongings when I visited the restaurant. What an amazing and thoughtful man.
Whilst I was unable have a meal, the restaurant looks immaculate and inviting.

We ordered a “trippa alla romana” to share and two pasta dishes: a carbonara and an amatriciana. The portions were very generous — we struggled to finish everything despite having a good appetite. The food was tasty and satisfying overall.
If anything, the guanciale could have been a bit crispier, though it was nicely abundant.
We spent less than €40 for two, which makes it a great choice for solid Roman cuisine at a very fair price. Friendly service, big portions, and a cozy vibe — definitely a place...
