we had the worst experience in this restaurant and due to the very bad service the waiters put as if the reservation was cancelled so that i could not leave a review. Which is just idiotic behavior from such restaurant with very poor service and expensive food. Waiters never came to the table to ask if we need anything they were all gathered inside having a conversation we had to stand up to ask. The meat we ordered came dry and cold the potatoes were re heated not fresh waiters smoked weed on a table next to ours which was apparently their friends table. Which later one of the guys threw a lighted cigarette at my friend and never apologized until my friend addressed it. The waiters did not even see that happening because they were never in the room to care for service. We should not even had payed for anything in this restaurant i had the most absurd experience. The manager is just careless if they have no idea this kind pf service is being presented in this place. Very young people are working here with 0 professional experience or whatsoever they don’t know how to handle a single complaint and one of them even disappeared with a girl to a secluded corner before only coming back 1 hour later. Horrible experience. The place was overcrowded. It was almost impossible to go to the toilet without bumping into other guests. We ordered 2 medium rare cooked steaks. One of the steaks that we were served was overcooked and totally well done. After we complained about it, they said that we would get another one for free. A few minutes later we were told that we wouldnt get a new steak because there were not enough steaks for all the guests?!. Then we were told that we would get desserts for free instead. But at the same time that they will charge us also the steak that we refused and didn t eat. At the end they practically threw us out of the restaurant telling us that they want us to leave because they need our table for other guests?!. The desserts were awful. Tiramisu was very far away from what it should be in Italy. Above all only 1waiter knew english. Totally unfriendly and unprofessional behavior...

Awful service, high prices and very low quality food, simply wouldn't recommend. The appetizers were just ridiculous, I got nachos with cheese and the cheese tasted very much like chemicals! But nothing could've been worse than the service, everything was dirty and oily, from the menu to the water bottle, the plates were oily, the glasses had finger prints all over them and the waitress was just not it! She didn't know the menu, she got a couple of things wrong, and she was just not good at communicating, and at one point she was practically laying on the counter at the reception, which was not a good view! The best part of it all though was the cover charge! We were charged 3 € each for such a place while 80% of their tables were empty on a Friday night! Also, who leaves bread on all the empty tables!
