Homemade — Restaurant in Rome

I visited the restaurant with my family on April 29, 2023 (after 12 mid day)for late breakfast, we really enjoyed the food and the service provided. On May 03, 2023 we decided to go again to have our late breakfast (almost in the same time when we visited it in the first time) when we were approaching the restaurant, one of the waitress was waiting at the gate of the restaurant, when she noticed us, instead of welcoming us, she went inside the restaurant talking in Italy to the people working their who all started to glance toward us in a suspicious way, and while we were trying to set on the table, she approached us saying; “sorry breakfast time is finished” I told her we have our breakfast last in the same time, but she said, I am sorry it is finished. Allora, a rafforzare la mia recensione che non avevo menzionzato sulla precedente, aggiungo altresì che nel mio cestino del Pane c'erano anche dei capelli. Spiacevole episodio da segnalare all'Ispettorato di Igiene e Sanità Comunale. Inoltre dato che lavoro per lo Stato Italiano, e qualche legge la conosco, vorrei sapere il nome, e il numero di legge presente sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale Italiana, la quale vieta di consumare cibi e bevande all'ESTERNO, e non all'interno del locale, come i lor signori hanno controrecensito, e ricordo ai signori in base al nuovo regolamento di Roma Capitale se sul nuovo Regolamento O.S.P. Occupazione di Suolo Pubblico, siano appunto in regola. Sono un Cliente che viaggia da una Vita per tutta l'Europa, e nessuno mai per un bicchiere di Vino -anche se ammetto che non è stato elegante- il Personale si è mai comportato come in questo locale. ps. Il Cliente si conquista anche con questi piccoli dettagli.

So, to strengthen my review, which I hadn't mentioned in my previous one, I'd also like to add that my bread basket also contained some hair. This is an unpleasant incident that should be reported to the Municipal Health and Hygiene Inspectorate. Furthermore, since I work for the Italian State, and I'm familiar with some laws, I'd like to know the name and number of the law in the Italian Official Gazette, which prohibits consuming food and drinks OUTSIDE, and not inside the premises, as you have counter-reviewed. I would also like to remind the tenants, based on the new Rome Capital City regulations, whether they are in compliance with the new Public Property Occupation Regulations. I'm a customer who's been traveling all my life throughout Europe, and no one has ever behaved like they did in this establishment for a glass of wine—even though I admit it's not elegant.

It is my favourite restaurant in rome. They have amazing food. It all indeed tastes homemade. I've had the lasagne, the pasta and the baked potato and all of them were amazing. I love how the place also becomes like a different restaurant at night, with a completely other card and vibe and all. The only thing I didn't find as great was the breakfast, but it was totally ok. Also the capuccino I have to honestly say is not good, it is way too watery, there's almost no coffee in it.
