Tired from the touristic frenzy around the Colosseum, we walked around looking for a place to have some coffee and rest a bit. We ended up finding this small place and sat in front, in a beautiful small street. We ordered an espresso and coffee with milk (with complimentary glasses of water) and both were absolutely amazing, paired with the experience of sitting in a quiet street, enjoying a cup of coffee and the sun. Plus, we paid 5 EUR for both, which is a totally fair price (we left a bit more). Lovely small cafe, and lovely Italian...

Owner is very rude and dismissive. We ordered two cappucinos and then he attended someone else and served them before us. When he gave us the coffee, he took an excessive amount of time on purpose to give us our change and by that time our taxi had arrived and he kept the change. Was also very rude and petty about my daughter having to use the bathroom, took a rude tone with her, and the bathroom was very unhygienic. Definitely do not...

Non ci siamo. Premetto che il problema con il locale non è la qualità del menù o dei pasti(che non ho avuto modo di provare) ma la scarsa gestione del cliente. Sono entrato per bere un thè seduto a un tavolo e ho chiesto se gentilmente potevo mettere in carica il telefono nel frattempo. La risposta del proprietario è stata breve e scortese:"guarda 5 minuti al massimo!". Di fronte alla mia faccia stupita(non credevo di creare tale disturbo) ha rincarato la dose:"che fai? Non mi capisci?ti ho detto 5 minuti e basta." Ora, posso anche capire(con molto sforzo) che il consumo di energia elettrica da parte di un cliente possa infastidire ma questo non autorizza a utilizzare dei toni maleducati. Personalmente mi fossi comportato così con qualunque dei miei clienti che mi ha chiesto di ricaricare i telefono, ne avrei pagato care conseguenze. Se si lavora col pubblico bisogna imparare che la gentilezza paga molto, sopratutto nel lungo termine. Sopratutto se la richiesta del cliente ha per te lo stesso costo di un bicchiere d'acqua.
