Forget about Colosseum view. It’s a scam. I know no one wants to read “my unfortunate story” I’ll be just honest get a normal place ahead of time and don’t waste your money&time here -Hostess is very unfriendly,scam -Food is below average and btw was cold -Staff very rude, unprofessional and not friendly and rushing you with everything. We reserved a table for 8 pm however when we got there the hostess was very rude and told us nothing was available outside. I told her that we booked this place just for the view and she re assured us that as soon as anything becomes available we’ll be seated outside. The waitress inside was aggressively pushing us to order something and we got drinks. There was a girl that came after us and also asked for the outside after few minutes she left. Finally after 4 times waitresses asking about the food we got salad & Fettuccine. I went outside and checked if anything was available outside and to my surprise the same girl was sitting outside. So they were pushing on us to order food so we have no other choice but sitting inside. Food was cold and had a weird taste and the waitress noticed that we pushed that aside and were not eating so she came and took that away and didn’t even care that we didn’t like it and there was an issue. Later we saw the same plate on the next table for other guests and they realized that food was cold and also didn’t eat it. I was really frustrated and we told them we had only 1 night in Rome and was hoping to have good memories. After complaining they took out that Fettuccine from the bill. I only liked the note inside and will attach the picture. Unfortunately waste of time and energy and of course money
