As a tourist in Rome, I'm always on the hunt for authentic, delicious Italian food. Impastiamoci absolutely blew me away! I had the carbonara, and it was honestly the best I've ever tasted. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, the sauce was creamy and rich without being too heavy, and the guanciale was crispy and flavorful. To finish off the meal, I had the tiramisu, which was equally divine. It was light, fluffy, and the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. But what truly elevated my experience was the exceptional service from our waitress, Orthy. She was so warm, friendly, and attentive. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, and her recommendations were spot on. Overall, I can't recommend Impastiamoci enough.
