These folks are awesome in every way. The only bummer about the place is how far we had to walk to get there (which wasn't even that horrible), but you can't fault someone for location.
We had both beers and food. Both of them were great and wonderfully different from what we're used to in America. The burgers (cheeseburger and B-burger) were awesome, having just the right combination of cheese, meat, and sauce. The taste was different from an American burger, but in a way that my wife and I loved.
The beers were also great. I got a flight (Salty La Faina, Ed Wood, Boyfriends, and Dentistretti), while my wife got the Ute. All the beers were solid and different than the American brewd I'm used to. Sparing the details, they were all tasty.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. After bringing out my flight, a member of staff (in very good English) explained the taste profiles of all the beers.
Above and beyond all around. For any Americans (or anyone anywhere), make a point to stop here and enjoy some great beer. Thank you, Rome, for some wonderful beer and...
Read moreI like this place as it is one of the only taprooms in Rome. The staff are friendly and the tap list is always changing. It is a nice place to watch the football and enjoy craft beers. The seating outside is great and comfortable with heaters and a cover so you don't get wet. I personally would prefer if they had more taps, with some beers permanently on tap, eg a session, a neipa, a stout etc and then rotate the rest. As to not have these basics on tap at all times is a bit surprising. You can of course take one of the cans/tins but if you are there for a draft beer it would be disappointing to not see the most popular beers on tap. I would also like it if they included beers from other breweries. This would give it more variety and make it more likely to revisit many times. Lastly the indoor seating inside are all stools (i think) which I find uncomfortable. All in all definitely worth a visit if you like taprooms/craft beer Edited to 5 stars as the beer is getting better in my opinion and the staff and food...
Read moreeasily the best brewery i have visited in Italy. if not the world. (over 1,500 beers on Untappd) the beers here are delicious. the service is fantastic. the location is away from city centre, but worth the trip. especially to escape the hustle and bustle of city centre if you are a tourist. there’s always a good crowd of people from every walk of life.
have been multiple times, yet have not tried the food. but can say with that it smells darn delightful every time i’m there.
would recommend to anyone...
