Koreamor Ristorante Coreano Roma — Restaurant in Rome

We are from North America who’s travelling Europe for couple weeks and missed Asian food so much so went this restaurant on Nov 14. We ordered Bibimbap, Kimchi Stew and Seafood pancake. Both Bibimbap and pancakes were good however, kimchi strew was not sour enough. But it was good overall. Today, Nov 16 we visited here again since our Airbnb is nearby and we are leaving Rome tmrw. The huge disappointment began here. When we went in at 7pm right after they opened, we were advised that we need to have a reservation for today. (Is that because it’s a weekend today?) so we left the store, but since there isn’t many options around here so went back to the restaurant to ask if we can just do a takeout. We were told they can’t. Just to clarify, at the point we visited there were NO single customers who’s eating nor waiting out. What the huge disappointment that restaurant (it’s not even fancy restaurant) needs to have a reservation (they even don’t have a website in google so how can we get this information?) and they can’t even offer takeout. For whoever from North America coming in this restaurant, please be aware that you need to have a reservation (I am not sure when exactly the reservation requires)...

Ho cenato in questo locale data 22 ott 2024, dopo aver chiamato e cercato conferma per assicurarmi della possibilità di mangiare alcuni piatti senza glutine, come da menù, ricevuta la conferma ho prenotato, mi trovo sinceramente dispiaciuto di lasciare una recensione così bassa, ma non esiste che voi scriviate e diciate alle persone di poter mangiare senza glutine quando non è così, non potete mettere il simbolo della spiga barrata del senza glutine quando effettivamente tutto il menù è con glutine. Se non avessi chiesto informazioni dettagliate avrei mangiato tranquillamente e mi sarei sentito male. Ho apprezzato le scuse e la modifica totale del piatto (spagetthi di riso con manzo), avendo ricevuto solo la carne, tuttavia vi consiglio vivamente di cambiare l'impostazione del menù per evitare disguidi futuri. E soprattutto di non offrire per telefono la possibilità di cucina senza glutine quando non è assolutamente così. La celiachia è una patologia seria per cui le persone stanno male veramente, non è né una fantasia né uno scherzo, noi celiaci prima di prenderci il lusso di mangiar fuori facciamo ricerche su ricerche ed essere accolti con la falsa premessa di mangiare e provare cibi nuovi è veramente un colpo basso. Quindi in sintesi per tutti i celiaci non è un posto adatto. Tra l'altro ho pagato l'intero piatto avendo ricevuto solo metà degli ingredienti. La carne era buona, ma mi sembra ovvio che non mi troverò mai più a cenare qui. Edit risposta: si alcuni dei vostri piatti sono Gluten free, e sono proprio quelli che ho provato ad ordinare, e mi è stato spiegato che non era possibile perché comunque contenevano glutine, forse dovreste mettervi d'accordo tra di voi. Io ho scelto i piatti che avevano il simbolo da voi inserito "SENZA glutine" e non mi sono stati serviti, perché contenenti glutine....

The restaurant,KoreamoR was very impressive! The mood of restaurant was very good and the Interior was very trendy! Bi-Bim Nengmion and Mul -Nengmion was very sweet and delicious, and I felt as if I were in Korea. In addition, barbecued pork ribs were also very yummy. If I come to Rome again, I will visit this wonderful restaurant again. So I am looking forward to seeing kind staffs and nice food in the restaurant...
