McDonald's Roma Tiburtina — Restaurant in Rome

Atmosphere was really great and the food was nice. Nevertheless, I was not there for the food. I had only come there to use the bathroom. And you can only do this by making an order and using the codes on the receipt to access the bathroom which is the practice for a lot of fast food around the world. However, the lady cleaning the bathroom could have been nicer and less confrontational especially noticing I was visibly “almost” dancing as I tried to hold myself not to pee on shorts (been a long day walking around the city). In her defense, I totally understand she had to do her job of keeping the place clean for people like me to use. But if I ever find someone so pressed I could notice them, I will suspend for a while and ask them to quickly use the bathroom. It won’t hurt. Plus when I was leaving, she had to yell out to press the button (even though that’s what I was doing). The button seems to require alot of effort and I never use force on public property. Asides my experience using the bathroom, the atmosphere was clean, nice and had an amazing view of the railway station.

So, I want to say that this McDonald's is the worst of all the places I've been to. Let me explain, the first thing is that there are pigeons flying in the establishment and even right over the food. it's not hygienic. secondly, along with the potatoes I was also given cheese. and I'm allergic to cheese. thirdly, my child was also given cheese in the potatoes, he is also allergic. and fourthly, with my child's happy meal there was a hair in the apples. and also we had a very long wait, we ordered from the first and received after everyone else, even though the order was very small and others had huge ones. in short, yuck .the proof is on the...

The lady about 50 with white tshirt was a kind of supervisor i guess , come up stairs and while just 3 table were full and all were free, screamed and said why the people that done eating do not leave , maconald is an international franchise that offer power outlet and wifi for a reason but i guess for the italian lady whitout any education dosnt matter that they represent the brand , what the shame , for me i still was eating my lunch but it bothered me how rude she was with others, i guess in italy the brand and hiring regulation desnt matter they just hire...
