Inizialmente era ubicata in via Gasperina già si era fatta conoscere per la buona qualità dei suoi prodotti dolciari e regionali siciliani. Seguente si trasferì negli attuali spazi più grandi, luminosi ed accoglienti dove si ritrova la stessa bontà di una pasticceria vera dai diversi prodotti tra cui quelli puramente siculi oltre al bar caffetteria, enoteca e gastronomia con tavoli interni ed esterni.
