Their handmade CORNETTO (croissant), freshly baked every morning, are simply exceptional. During my travels in Rome, Italy, and around the world, I can honestly say this is the best Italian CORNETTO(croissant) I've ever eaten! Besides the delightful pastries, the cakes and profiteroles have become classics for me. Highly recommended!

Ottimo bar-caffetteria: aperto praticamente tutti i giorni, aperto al pubblico dalle 6 del mattino. Prodotti in vendita: caffè (niente male quello amaro ma è possibile provare anche lo schiumato ed il marocchino), cappuccino, cornetti artigianali di vario genere (possibile anche la farcitura al momento con crema, nutella, ricotta), spremuta di arancia (con cubetti di ghiaccio). Pranzo: panini (menù fisso), ma una volta ho provato anche la pasta al forno. Mi sono anche recato qui per la preparazione del catering (tramezzini, pizzette, crostate con la marmellata di 2 gusti differenti, panini). Servizio al tavolo (tavolini circondati da una siepe all’esterno che si affacciano su via dei Traghetti da un lato e via Baleari dall’altro), locale ben tenuto. Difficile il parcheggio auto nei dintorni.

Maar het echte hoogtepunt? De croissants. Versgebakken, knapperig van buiten en zacht van binnen, met een heerlijke vulling (de crema met appel was mijn favoriet!). Alles wordt hier duidelijk met zorg en ambacht gemaakt. De sfeer is warm en gastvrij, en je voelt je meteen thuis. Perfect voor een rustig ontbijt of een koffiepauze tijdens een wandeling. Ik kom hier zeker terug!
