The place itself is nice, with kind and polite staff, which I really appreciated. However, the drinks were honestly quite disappointing. What we got was completely different from what was shown on the menu and in the pictures. Io sono intollerante a glutine e lattosio e il mio compagno lo é al lattosio, nessuno del personale del locale sapeva cosa significasse lattosio tanto che erano convinti il latte di cocco lo contenesse. Oltre questo, già di per sé grave, ci hanno portato i cocktail con una cannuccia fatta di pasta di grano duro senza avvertirci o preoccuparsi del fatto che qualcuno al tavolo potesse essere celiaco e anche dopo averglielo fatto presente ci hanno comunque fatto pagare il mio cocktail come se lo avessi bevuto. Per 8 euro i cocktail sono di bassa qualità e annacquati, assurdo che un analcolico costi quanto uno alcolico e la qualità del cibo é mediocre. In generale il personale non é assolutamente preparato non solo dal punti di vista di allergie ed intolleranze (fondamentale per chi lavora nella ristorazione), ma in generale non conosce nemmeno il loro stesso menu e le ordinazioni vanno ripetute più e più volte rimanendo poi con la confusione ed il dubbio di non essere stati compresi. É brutto in un periodo così difficile per la ristorazione, vedere locali molto ben collocati e con un grande potenziale che vengono gestiti così approssimativamente e per altro da ragazzi giovani.
