What to say…... a dirty abandoned place, it looks like a station cafeteria. The dirty tables left with trays during lunch time, we even had to clear a dirty table ourselves before consuming (we know it's all self service though), the staff lacking of enthusiasm and not even a simple smile, except for one or two, this could be the starbucks policy in general? There was even a wet and abandoned babychair , no one knew from where it came. Good quality products, stored according to HACCP regulations in Italy. Beside for this new and different “American”thing, otherwise definitely to re-evaluate if to return or not...

Peccato non si possa pubblicare la recensione con zero stelle. Entro, noto subito che non c’è il menù (come è possibile?) .Ordino al dipendente non sapendo bene cosa volessi perché ovviamente non c’era menù da nessuna parte ; so solo che volevo una bevanda fredda con il caffè . Il dipendente mi consiglia il FRAPPUCCINO con disponibilità in diverse varianti : scelgo quello alla fragola e cioccolato bianco. Mi chiede se voglio all’interno un biscottino e io rispondo di Sì. Ritiro il mio ordine e noto subito la grande quantità di panna assolutamente non richiesta (il dipendente non mi ha fatto presente che ci fosse la panna). Lo provo e subito mi accorgo che del caffè non c’è neanche traccia. Chiamarlo FRAPPUCCINO e non avere neanche caffè all’interno fa ridere. Ah e il biscotto ? Boh ! Come disse il dipendente è all’interno, ma io che ne so se c’è veramente ? Non so neanche di cosa era fatto questo biscottino e nella bevanda non l’ho sentito. Guardando lo scontrino vedo che il “famoso” biscottino me lo ha messo a 2,50€ 😂 Se avessi saputo prima del costo non l’avrei di certo preso ! Ovviamente vado a replicare al bancone e stavolta parlo con un’altra dipendente. Le racconto che la panna non è stata richiesta e che del caffè non c’è traccia. La dipendente mi risponde che il frappuccino viene sempre con la panna e che la variante che ho scelto è senza caffè. (ma io che ne so se non esiste menù e nessuno me lo comunica?) . Mi hanno chiesto se volessi un’altra bevanda e allora giustamente ne scelsi un’altra. Conclusione : Vogliono fare l’americanata e rubare soldi senza comunicarvelo. Spero che da questa mia esperienza qualcuno non ci voglia più entrare. È solo una grande trappola per i turisti. E poi non è che queste bevande sia così tanto buone… anzi...

Starbucks is standard everywhere, this is the place where you come to have coffee and snacks. So if you’re in a hurry desserts are all prepared. But not here! We ordered our drinks and 2 muffins which were already ready. But had to wait more than 25 minutes. We asked a few times about it and every time they said “one minute”. We were hungry so I went there third time and the guy I asked before pretended he didn’t know about it and they even lost a receipt.
