Roma Beer Company — Restaurant in Rome

If looks could kill I would be dead by the eyes of the waiter who I thought was gonna throw a glass at me for asking for his attention multiple times this after we had already asked another waitress THREE times for a cocktail and waited for it 15 minutes....she said she will come back to us but she never did yet she saw us everytime she went in and out because we were sitting by the entrance and we did have eye contact. It was obvious they were understaffed however as a customer I totally did not deserve the death stare and anger never going back and therefore I do not recommend this place either if you are not ready to feel ignored...

Assolutamente da evitare il ristorante a Piramide! Sono un’amante dei burgers e devo ammettere che fino a questa sera ero abbastanza colpita dalla bonta’ dei loro burgers!!! Ma quello di cui sono rimasta allibita e’ la maleducazione, scortesia e nessun rispetto per il consumatore. Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati trattati veramente malissimo dalla cameriera e dal “cosidetto” responsabile. Non sono mai stata trattata cosi male in un ristorante e devo dire che non me l’aspettavo da Roma Beer Company, visto che tutte le altre volte non era mai capitato nulla di simile. Long story short, il panino (che tra l’altro si paga extra) era duro e non fresco! Dopo aver spiegato il nostro disappunto alla cameriera la quale in malo modo ci ha “chiaramente” detto che stavamo dicendo delle baggianate, abbiamo dovuto spiegarlo nuovamente al responsabile che senza alcun ritegno ci ha imbarazzato notevolmente davanti agli altri clienti sostenendo che tutto quello di cui ci stavamo lamentando era farlocco! L’arroganza e la maleducazione con cui si e’ rivolto nei nostri confronti sono inimmaginabili ed e’ difficile spiegarlo. E non e’ finita qui! Dopo aver rimandato indietro i panini e i rispettivi contorni abbiamo richiesto di pagare il conto e andare via. Sorpresa, sorpresa! Il “cosiddetto” responsabile pretendeva che noi pagassimo l’intero conto!!! Assurdo!!! Non si e’ nemmeno scusato della figuraccia che ha fatto e di come ci ha trattati di fronte a tutti...e non solo..pretende che paghiamo i panini che non abbiamo nemmeno mangiato! Ma questo tizio sa qualcosa di ristorazione???? Di ristoranti ne ho frequentati e sara’ che ho passato troppo tempo in UK dove il consumatore e’ trattato con rispetto...ma questo mi sembra davvero troppo! Una vergogna! Ed anche un peccato...perche’ RBC mi sembrava una grande alternativa a quello che io reputo il mio burger di Roma...the Perfect Bun! Di certo non perdero’ piu’ tempo e...

Visited as a group of 4 around 17.00 on Saturday 6th November 2021. Waited a long time before a waitress came. When asked what beers they had she result replied ' Haven't you seen the menu?' There was no menu on the table. She grabbed a plastic card, threw it down and walked away. The menu was a QR code! Did manage to get her to return and ordered. After some time the beers arrived. Fine. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we ordered a second round. After over 10 minutes no beers had arrived and when we questioned this the waitress simply declared we hadn't ordered a second round!! Won't be...
