Don't eat here if you are not a local.
On arrival we were ignored. A party who arrived after us were eating their starters before we'd even been given a menu. We were hot and thirsty and had to wait ages for even a drink of water.
When we did try to order we asked for some bruschetta. We were told that "there was none left"! Even though we were presented with a basket of bread that the bruschetta was made from. That was all we fancied as a starter from the menu so we didn't have a starter.
5 minutes after that, the party that arrived after us was served bruschetta. During our meal other people arrived and ordered and were served bruschetta.
The locals seemed to enjoy the place and had nice food and service. We felt like we were a bother for them.
The sausages and chips were nice but the spaghetti bolognese...

I decided on a Suppli for starters followed by the traditional Soaghetti Bolognais, and finished it with a Panna Cotta. The food was simple and delicious, no extra stuff to fancy it up. The pasta was fresh and clearly home made, the Bolognais was hearty and delicious.
The meal came with some fresh sour dough bread, a full basket which made it impossible not to overeat. Portion control and good food are not a good combination for me. The service was very friendly and not rushed.

Read more(Premesso che data la fame gli antipasti sono stati consumati, inconsapevoli che quello sarebbe stato il basso livello di tutta la cena) Chiesti dei broccoletti ripassati, mi sono stati serviti dei cavolfiori lessi. fagioli all’uccelletto che invece erano fagioli bianchi in scatola scaldati con tanto di liquido di conservazione. I primi romani purtroppo sono stati una grande delusione. La gricia era affogata in un piatto di acqua, grasso e olio con un formaggio che era tutto forchè pecorino, che aveva incollato tutta la pasta. Il secondo abbiamo preferito annullarlo, provocando l’ira dello chef che voleva costringere la povera cameriera a farcelo portare via dato che “ormai lo aveva scaldato”, continuando a parlare a voce alta da dentro la cucina con tono maleducato rivolto nei nostri confronti, senza però palesarsi nel momento in cui è stato chiesto se ci fossero problemi, e mandando sempre avanti la cameriera che alla fine, costretta, è arrivata con una busta da asporto per farci portare via il secondo precedentemente ordinato e annullato.
