Ghostbuster ristorante pizzeria — Restaurant in Rosignano Marittimo

While in Italy on holiday we went to this restaurant on a couple of occasions. On both times the staff were very attentive and spoke excellent English which is always a bonus. We went straight for the pizzas as the starters fill you up and then you can't fully enjoy your main meal. Which I have to say Italian pizzas are just the best. Really thin and crispy and full of flavour. The large pizza is enough believe me, you don't think so but they are! The sell Morretti beer bottled only at 3 euros which is good value. The atmosphere is great as you can sit outside if you wish so plenty of choice. I got the Frutti di Mare (seafood pizza) for 10 euros. It was super delicious and the ingredients tasted so fresh! The pizza was filling and had the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Attirato da alcune recensioni e di passaggio a Castiglioncello abbiamo deciso di provare due pizze in questo ristorante carino, con terrazza che si affaccia sul vicolo centrale. L'attesa è stata piuttosto lunga, circa 45 minuti in cui ovviamente le birre sono diventate brodo. Le pizze davvero deludenti: ingredienti buoni ma impasto da rivedere, pizze sottili ma più che croccanti direi dure, difficili da tagliare. Inoltre risultava piuttosto insapore. Marinara fin troppo agliata e con troppo poco pomodoro (che dovrebbe essere doppio in questa pizza). Pizza al salamino con buon salame (leggermente piccante) ma penalizzata sempre dalla consistenza dell'impasto. Il personale è composto da numerosissimi ragazzi giovani, ma l'impressione è quella di una certa disorganizzazione, con la maggior parte di essi che va avanti e indietro a mani vuote, senza che nessuno segua davvero dei tavoli specifici.
