Ristorante Pizzeria Bar "Antica Trattoria" — Restaurant in San Giovanni Rotondo

Stayed in another B n B but dropped in to try out the Trattoria Antico, on site diner of the attached b and b. Ambiance matched expectations-eclectic knick knacks, wooden tables and chairs and warm colors for linen completed a snapshot of a trattorria-which is along the way to Padre Pio Shrine. Staff friendly with at least 1 multilingual.our target was to try out local cuisine, settling on appetizer of toasted rustic pan with local dip of Purea Fave e Cicorea(baked pureed fava beans, chicory greens, evoo), Pasta Fresca al Tegamino(homemade pasta with tomatoes, mozarella and other cheeses baked in terracotta pot) and Grilled garganic Sausages with fennel seed. Per iniziare eravamo in quattro abbiamo mangiato la sera una pizza e un misero antipasto con 4 mini bocconcini e 4 fette di prosciutto crudo,4 dolci e abbiamo speso 96 euro. Siamo rimasti a dormire lì e dopo aver prenotato una settimana prima, ci hanno dato due camere una calda e un'altra grezza con ancora lavori in corso, fredda senza condizionatore senza tv, avendo mia cognata un bimbo di due anni ho lasciato la mia camera a lei e ho preso io quella fredda e la mattina mi sono svegliata con un bel raffreddore, dato che non mi hanno dato neanche una stufetta o una coperta più calda pur avendola chiesta, e se non ci fossi stata io per scambiare la camera,mia cognata come avrebbe fatto dormire un bimbo piccolo in quella cella frigorifero???Abbiamo pagato in quattro 20 euro extra per una colazione che non valeva neppure 3 euro, ci hanno presentato un mini cornettino con 2 fette biscottate,senza acqua,senza succo di frutta senza niente, senza nemmeno un po di latte vedendo che avevamo con noi un bimbo, e la cosa ancor più grave è stata che c'era un distributore automatico dove poter prendere caffè, cappuccino o cioccolata calda, andiamo lì per prendere qualcosa e la macchinetta indicava mancanza di credito, e dato che il titolare non si è più fatto vivo abbiamo chiesto ad un dipendente in cucina, il quale ha risposto che se non fosse tornato il proprietario non avrebbero potuto mettere i soldi nel distributore, la mia perplessità è stata questa, ma il proprietario non poteva lasciare le monete ai dipendenti sapendo che le persone avevano pagato per la colazione???Il proprietario in tutto ciò non si è fatto più vedere. The location Is ok but not exactly in the center . The food is delicious and the quantity of the food was ok, but the fact that the place is called B&B and DOESN'T INCLUDE BREAKFAST is insane, because the price I payed for 2 nights was 138€! It's far expensive for rooms that didn't have AC, the bathroom tap was blocked and the restaurant being "TRATTORIA " which is supposed to have adequate prices, was overpriced, I payed 50 € for three dishes and water. Definitely not coming back. And there is no safe parking as it's...
