Esperienza più che positiva al Matsuri, ci torneremo sicuramente :) Al di là dei piatti che sono di un livello superiore a qualsiasi altro ristorante di cucina orientale al quale siamo abituati: sia come bontà, che come cura nella preparazione e porzioni. Sono rimasta molto colpita dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale: super disponibili nel variare il ripieno del famoso "caterpillar" sostituendo il gambero con la verdura fritta, in più essendosi accorsi che avevo preso tutti piatti a base di verdura, hanno personalizzato anche l'antipasto offerto senza che io lo richiedessi, sono rimasta molto colpita!
