Badly organized and cheap tomato paste on pizza

They told me everything was reserved though the restaurant was half empty I said "it's ok" and went looking for another pizzeria but had to come back after not finding it I then ordered 1 pizza to go

My review of the Pizza is one star

The "tomato-sauce" they use is of a very low quality One must understand that many pizzerias buy pasteurized passata instead of making their own, but they come in different qualites, and can be elevated by adding a few real tomatos and fresh basil But here apparently they didn't care enough. It tasted much like cheap tomato concentrate Also Knowing that i had to eat it outside, you'd think they'd cut it and add a papertowel /serviette. But no

We had the best pizza in town there—an unforgettable pizza! Unfortunately, there was only one seat available inside because of the perfect location in the pedestrian zone.

The service was good, but it could have been better. There were four of us seated at a table for three, and they forgot to set the table for the fourth person. Even when the food arrived, a glass was still missing. Otherwise, everyone was very nice.

Il locale si trova proprio nel centro di San Vincenzo a due passi dal mare. Il locale è informale ma molto curato e soprattutto molto pulito e ordinato. Io e mio marito abbiamo ordinato due fritti di paranza con verdure in pastella e nostra figlia un hamburger di chianina accompagnato da patatine. Inutile dire che era superlativo e tutto molto abbondante. Siccome eravamo curiosi al posto dell'antipasto abbiamo preso una pizza, l'impasto era leggero e fragrante e gli ingredienti si sentivano, per noi che siamo del mestiere, erano di prima scelta. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, la cortesia, disponibilità e famigliarità dei ragazzi che ci hanno accompagnato nella nostra cena ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo stati clienti da sempre mentre invece era la prima volta che ci andavamo. Il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente a San Vincenzo e la Bussola sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento per le cene fuori.
