Smokin' Brothers — Restaurant in San Vitaliano

A good place for smoke-flavored meat.

I ordered the Carolina pulled pork and it was pretty good. The meat was tender and the bun was soft, but didn't fall apart. It did have a light smoky flavor to it--not bold, but enough to taste it throughout. It was almost too juicy, but again, the bun didn't get soggy and I prefer that over being dry. I did add some barbecue sauce after taking a couple of bites. The portion was just right and was reasonably priced (€8).

The food was prepared quickly and wrapped on a tray. I stopped in late at night and there were only a few guests, but I could see this spot getting busy during the day.

There are plenty of tables available under a covered area. The facility seemed clean and we'll kept. The tables were kept clean. The refrigerators were well-stocked with drinks. The restrooms were okay, but one stall just would not lock. Limited parking is available out front or along the side street--it may be tough finding parking if it gets busy during the day.

Excellent excellent smoked bbq house! Such a nice surprise to have an authentic American bbq in Italy! I had the ribs and they were extremely tasty and tender. The quality of the meat exceeded all my expectations. I must admit this is one of the best bbq’s I’ve ever had! To top it off, the ambience, atmosphere and service were top tier. It was very nice to sit back, eat an excellent meal and listen to great American classics playing in the background! I will definitely be coming back.
