Most authentic food we had in the Dolomites and at an excellent price. Truly delicious, to the point that we went twice on our trip, which I don’t think I have ever done. I don’t like to repeat restaurants so I can try out different options, but this was just so darn good that sometimes it’s worth repeating! We had the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and beet root ravioli the first time and spaghetti with ragu and pizza with mushrooms the second time. We also had their tiramisu which was to die for! Their wine selection is perfect and very cheap. Highly highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to go back the next time we’re up there!

Also of note- you cannot add tip to the bill if paying with card- needs to be in cash. Apparently this is throughout Italy (though I have traveled Italy numerous times in the next couple years and this has never been a thing, though maybe is new).. but I did come across this with another restaurant on this trip as well. So make sure you have cash to tip the...

Wonderful restaurant with charming staff. We ate there for the second time of this trip because we enjoyed so much. Each dish has been good (we’ve had spaghetti bolognese, calzone napoletano, penne alla Stua, and the kenederli allo speck which is pictured) Our favorite so far is the local dish, kenederli allo speck. The desserts and espresso to finish the meal are lovely as well. If you are anywhere in the cadore valley or Cortina this restaurant is worth a visit. A local and friendly feel and a...

Lovely place to eat....food was on point and the service was 10/10...1st night we got into town late but they still cooked us a pizza and had a few beers...the pasta on the 2nd night was mouthwatering..but the stake I had on the 3rd night was out of this world....after a long day of hiking I would HIGHLY recommend stopping there to recharge the energy cells. Ps and the timber work in this place is stunning (I'm a chippy by trade and love seeing local construction...the carvings were amazing in the roof )
