The ice cream is delightful - lotus flavour is biscoff and it is incredible. Unfortunately we made the mistake to have a hot beverage as well. I ordered a hot chocolate which was literally a thick chocolate moose in a cup - I ordered some milk to make it drinkable but I still was unable to drink it. My husband ordered a black tea - he was given earl grey - he asked to switch but unfortunately they do not stock anything remotely close to English breakfast or the like. He resorted to an Apple tea which again was undrinkable . We ordered our ice creams and...

We went there with the hopes of having a nice breakfast. 7€ for a tiny portuon of pancaces. Taste was good but the amount you get is redicules. Cappuchino was ok, but not exceptional. Staff is stressed, environment is not relaxing, but overcrowded and loud. I ordered a glass of water and got a tiny shot of water. Would have expected way more for the price. Not...

Serata pessima: Se non avete gusti di gelato per le coppe NON fatele prendere. Sfortunatamente ho avuto l’idea di prendere la coppa wafer: wafer, panna e 3 PALLINE tra crema e cioccolato. Crema finita, mi viene fatto scegliere ed alla fine scelgo 2 PALLINE di kinder ed una di lotus (che con la cameriera abbiamo fatto confusione e alla fine ha messo nocciola). Arriva la coppa gelato, con solo con nocciola, ho chiesto e mi é stato detto che i gusti erano giusti. Inizio a mangiarla ed era solo nocciola. Non sono riuscita a finirla, per una coppa da 10 euro non ricevere quello che é stato chiesto mi ha dato non poco fastidio. Mi è stato fatto lo sconto “della pallina” quindi di due euro soltanto (sullo scontrino c’erano scritti i gusti che avevo preso!). Cameriere sempre con il telefono in mano e cassiera sgradevole. Lavoro anche io nella ristorazione e non si fa assolutamente. Siete fortunati che “da fiori” é chiuso la sera, perché io non verrò più ne consiglieró...
