The freshest most delicious sandwiches and amazingly friendly owners. I've tried a few of these style panini places across Italy and the food is always stunning, but this was the best yet. There is a wide menu of panini's all fairly priced, but if there's nothing there that you fancy then just tell them what you want and they'll make it or let them help you. I choose my own fillings, which included the fresh soft prosciutto and lively provolone cheese. It was stunning, the bread was perfect (not the rock hard type some serve) and I had a nice local beer. I have been to over 30 countries and lived in cities known for making the best sandwiches in the world. Never have I eaten a sandwich and thought, this is it, this is the best sandwich I've ever eaten. That is, not until now. I ordered the Virginia, and from the first bite I knew, this is the best sandwich I've ever had. And to top that off, half a liter of wine for 5 euros!
