We've had the best dinner in San Vito Lo Capo at this restaurant! It was highly recommended to us and it lived up to the expectations. We've had the meatballs, beef tartar, the sausage trio, and the gnocchi zu Paolo. The lemon salsiccia is worth the hype but do try the fennel one because it is equally tasty. Everything was fresh and full of unforgettable aromas. The staff was kind and friendly. The place is situated on a quiet street, just a couple hundred metres away from the main, touristy area. You can enjoy the dinner in a quiet area. We'd definitely return to this place anytime!

These guys care so much for dead animals, it almost makes me wanna ask if they'd look after me (only after my show is over). While I was there, they sold their wares to 2 leading local restaurants. The sausage wasn't the best sausage I've ever had, but it was tasty as. The mortadella from black pigs (seems curious that mortadella was darker, or is that a coincidence...sorry, a Kitchen Insider should know, but I know about as much about mortadella as these guys know about making sfogliatelle. They are so friendly and really make the visit more pleasurable than a kiss from a crush.
