RISTORANTE FLIPPER Da/DI ALBORNO LIBERO, Sanremo, pesce-gamberoni-aragoste/ astice fresco! Ottimo per qualità e servizio con naturalezza e savoir-faire ad alto livello. E lo si nota anche dalla clientela raffinata e conoscitrice. Nel settore si parla di pesce fresco ma da Libero/ Flipper il pesce è fresco sia cucinato che crudo nel vero senso della parola. Non importa cosa, come aragosta/astice, salmone non di allevamento, pesce spada tonno, filetti di orata, gamberoni e gamberi, perfino le ostriche sono freschissime ed eccellenti! La mia professione mi porta a viaggiare il mondo e scoprire i migliori ristoranti nei vari Paesi/ nazioni. Il Flipper è sicuramente un’ eccellenza dove armatori del porto o anche personaggi dello spettacolo come artisti famosi/cantanti e piloti/atleti sono di casa a Sanremo. Best in class!

You also notice it that by its customer's knowledge and sophisticated. In the restaurant business, often you hear about fresh fish with the Libero/ Flipper Restaurant the fish just came out of the sea/ Mediterranean-sea! It doesn't matter what you pick everything is very fresh and you taste it and can notice the salmon is not a raised breed one, but is natural caught, so the sward fish, fillets of sea bream, prawns and shrimps, even the oysters are very fresh caught by our local fishermen and prepared in an excellent way in Libero’s kitchen! My job takes me to travel the world and discover the best restaurants in various countries/nations. The Flipper is definitely an excellence where even well-known entertainment personalities such as famous artists/singers and sailors pilots and athletes are at home in Sanremo. Best in class!

Das merkt man auch an den Kenntnissen und der Raffinesse der Kunden. In der Gastronomie hört man oft von frischem Fisch, im Libero/Flipper Restaurant kommt der Fisch gerade aus dem Meer/Mittelmeer! Egal, was Sie auswählen, alles ist sehr frisch und Sie schmecken es und können feststellen, dass der Lachs keine Zucht ist, sondern natürlich gefangen wurde, also werden der Seebarsch, die Seebrassenfilets, Garnelen und Shrimps, sogar die Austern, von unseren lokalen Fischern sehr frisch gefangen und in Liberos Küche hervorragend zubereitet! Mein Job führt mich um die Welt zu reisen dadurch entecke ich die besten Restaurants in verschiedenen Ländern/Nationen. Das Flipper ist definitiv eine Exzellenz, in der sogar bekannte Unterhaltungspersönlichkeiten wie berühmte Künstler/Sänger, avere auch Segler, von Porto Sole Hafen, Oder Golfer com Solaro Golf Club, Piloten und Sportler in Sanremo zu Hause sind!

RISTORANTE FLIPPER by ALBORNO LIBERO, Sanremo, restaurant de poisson frais ! La qualité et le service haut de gamme avec un savoir-faire naturel sont ici de haut niveau. Vous le remarquez également par la connaissance et la sophistication de ses clients. Dans le secteur de la restauration, vous entendez souvent parler de poisson frais. Au restaurant Libero/Flipper, le poisson vient tout juste de sortir de la mer/mer Méditerranée ! Peu importe ce que vous choisissez, tout est très frais et vous le goûtez et vous pouvez remarquer que le saumon n'est pas d'élevage, mais qu'il est pêché naturellement, donc le poisson de mer, les filets de dorade, les crevettes et les crevettes roses, même les huîtres sont très fraîchement pêchés par nos pêcheurs locaux et préparés de manière excellente dans la cuisine de Libero ! Mon travail m'amène à voyager dans le monde et à découvrir les meilleurs restaurants de différents pays/nations.

Le Flipper est définitivement une excellence qui accueille même des personnalités connues du divertissement telles que des artistes/chanteurs célèbres, également marins, du port de Porto Sole, ou des golfeurs...

We walked by this restaurant looking for a nice place for lunch, we were very happy here. The restaurant offered a beautiful outside table set up or a beautiful inside area for seating. We chose to sit inside and the tables were big, with comfortable seats, linen tablecloths and gorgeous hanging orchids. The wine list was absolutely huge with very knowledgeable staff. The menu offered great pastas and many fresh seafood options, it was very hard to choose because it all looked amazing. Our waiter was very helpful in accommodating my many food allergies as well as my daughter’s vegan needs. The menu was available in 4 languages, and the staff spoke to us in English which was a helpful surprise. The bathrooms were absolutely beautiful and spotless despite a very busy dining room. The entire restaurant was beautiful. We loved the food, the best of our weeklong stay in France/Italy. I would definitely go here again and would recommend...

Abbiamo cenato qui la domenica a cavallo con il ponte del 2/06 prenotando il Posto fuori al mattino. Locale pulito luminoso con coperti anche all'esterno sul marciapiede anch'essi gradevoli con una bella mise en place abbastanza distanziati fra loro in modo da consentire l'adeguata intimità fra i tavoli. Romantica la vista della ruota panoramica al fondo del corso. Pur essendo affacciati sulla strada i tavoli all'esterno non c'era grande passaggio di macchina o inquinamento acustico.

Personale principalmente maschile, gentile, capace, veramente attento e cosa importante mai invadente. Notevole la carta dei vini, più un libro :) forse un po' dispersivo tanta è la scelta, ma tutti di qualità ed alcuni di prestigio, prezzi onesti, si può scegliere tra categorie dai prezzi accessibili e di qualità a categorie d'élite. Passiamo al cibo Abbiamo consumato Due antipasti: Brancacujun piatto tipico ligure a base di pinoli, basilico,patate e stoccafisso, tipo tortino

Polipo arrosticciato accompagnato se ricordo bene, con crema di ceci e pomodorini confit(non ricordo benissimo gli ingredienti) morbidissimo, molto buono

Come primo: ravoli fatti in casa con ripieno di brandacujùn condito con salsa ai crostacei e gamberi, sapore delicato e vellutato, ottimi

Spaghetti quadrati con bottarga e ricci di mare, qualcosa di eccellente, il piatto che più mi è piaciuto ed era un fuori menù, questo piatto include la "vestizione con il bavaglio "da parte del cameriere.

Secondo: pesce spada con pomodorini confit patate e zucchine trombetta, sugoso anche questo molto buono

1 acqua 2 calici di gewurztraminer 1 Caffè 1 Amaro

Le porzioni per niente misere, abbondanti direi, io che attualmente sono in gravidanza quindi con voglia e fame aumentate dopo aver mangiato antipasto e primo ero decisamente sazia senza avere lo spazio per il dolce.

I dolci non li abbiamo mangiati ma abbiamo visto come venivano proposti se ho ben capito c'era una cameriera apposta che nel momento della scelta del dolce veniva direttamente al tavolo con un vassoio il quale conteneva tutte le scelte del menù dessert i quali avevano tutti un aspetto molto invitante.

Come costi in base alla qualità erano Ben proporzionati e non eccessivi perlomeno in linea a tanti altri ristoranti di pesce Se non erro abbiamo speso Per i primi 18/20€ cad antipasti 15€ cad Secondo 20€ cad

Consiglio vivamente per la qualità del cibo, per i servizio e x la location piacevole...
