Siamo venuti qui in quattro per un cocktail dopo cena. L’ambiente sembrava molto piacevole e dal numero di persone che erano sedute fuori pensavamo valesse la pena aspettare un po’ per un tavolo. Non abbiamo atteso molto per trovarne uno. Ci è voluto un po’ per avere un menu dei drink ma ce lo aspettavamo visto che c’era molta gente. Abbiamo fatto le nostre scelte ma quando il cameriere è finalmente venuto a prendere gli ordini ci ha detto che due dei drink che avevamo scelto non erano disponibili. Abbiamo quindi dovuto scegliere qualcos’altro velocemente. La cosa sarebbe forse stata meno irritante se solo ci avessero detto cosa non era disponibile quando ci hanno dato i menu, ma ancor più se il cameriere si fosse scusato per il fatto che non potevamo avere quei drink o se lo avesse detto con un sorriso anziché farci sentire in colpa per aver scelto quei drinks. Quando i cocktails sono arrivati il cameriere li ha piazzati tutti davanti alla stessa persona anziché chiedere chi li avesse ordinati e metterli davanti ai rispettivi clienti. Nel momento che uno di noi ha spostato un cocktail per darlo a chi lo aveva ordinato e ne ha versato un po’, il cameriere l’ha rimproverato dicendo che c’era d’aspettarselo perché su quel tipo di tavolo non si doveva trascinare il bicchiere. Per quanto riguarda la qualità dei cocktails, 3 su 4 erano buoni (il mojito, il daiquiri alla fragola e il margarita classico) anche se potevano forse ornare i calici del daiquiri e del Margarita per una migliore presentazione. Purtroppo il Bellini alla pesca non era affatto quello che ci si aspettava. La pesca fresca non era stata frullata abbastanza e sia la polpa del frutto e le bollicine aggiunte erano calde e davvero non aveva nulla di cocktail ma sembrava un succo di frutta. Per lo più l’avevano servito su un bicchiere troppo grande ed il drink arrivava a meno della metà dando l’impressine che si fossero dimenticati di aggiungere qualcosa. Abbiamo chiesto del ghiaccio per poterlo rendere più bevibile (forse era quello che mancava) . Fortunatamente lo abbiamo chiesto a due camerieri diversi perché il primo a cui l’avevano ordinato ce lo ha portato dieci minuti dopo la collega. The service was the worst ever! First the waitress was rude directing us to the table. Then when our drinks arrived the table was unstable and the drink felt all over me. I was completely wet and she walked away and didn’t care. She didn’t care to clean the table, to give me paper to clean myself and not even to give her time for us to other a replacement drink. Although the issue was the table, we had to pay for another drink and that took a LONG time to arrive. Even though we followed up 4 times. Finally, when the drink arrived we gave €50 and it took them a LONG time again to give us the change. Ordered at 1:20 PM, we were forced to pay on the spot, it is now 2:05 PM and we still have not received our food. This is literally for very simple, frozen food.

When we enquired to see whether our food was in the way, the waitress snapped at us.

Quite disappointed. 3/10.

Also the Coke has no fizz even when we asked for it to be changed for that very same reason.
