Café Zanzibar — Restaurant in Santu Diadòru/San Teodoro

Do not come here. All the 5 star ratings here are fake and from local guides. Its the type of tourist trap restaurant you often see on gordon ramseys. The food really is disgusting. We ordered tagliata di manzo (steak) medium cooked. When it arrived, parts of it were raw, and parts of it overcooked. The meat was so damn bad, we could not even cut or chew it. When we told the boss (?) about it, he insisted to bring us a new one, although we asked for a pizza. He didnt even listen to us when we talked to him and he went off. As expected, the new meat again was chewy and tasted like a shoe. Like i have never seen and tasted meat as bad like this. I dont even.... we actually suspect that the meat was frozen before cooking. And even when cooked, the taste was just ridiculously bad. Bad like in potential health risk. Well, the other dish, fritto misto, was chewy and bland as well.

The pizzas on the other tables looked ok-ish. But yeah. All in all 0 stars. From service to food it was horrific. And they dont even seem to care. Just grabbing the money from...

They gave us spoiled food! Absolutely horrible! You're better off eating from the supermarket. We ordered seafood mix and we sent the shrimp back to the kitchen because the smell and taste very clearly off. He came back to tell us (in italian cause nobody speaks english there) that they are good AND he charged us the whole meal price. When making a mistake like giving spoiled food, at least admit it and give a free dessert or don't charge for the food, that's the least you could do. Should have called customer...

QUALITÀ/PREZZO NON CI SIAMO + PREZZI GONFIATI (VOLONTARIAMENTE?) NELLO SCONTRINO Siamo stati in questo ristorante per pranzare. Abbiamo preso due primi (gnocchetti alla campidanese), due contorni (un'insalata mista) e un'acqua frizzante da 0.75 l. TOTALE BEN 47 EURO. Gnocchetti discreti, insalata davvero povera (mezzo pomodoro a fette e 2 ciuffi di insalata). La sorpresa arriva alla fine: nello scontrino ci aggiungono un'acqua che non abbiamo mai ordinato e quindi bevuto, il prezzo dell'insalata da menù a 5 euro nello scontrino lo ritroviamo a 6 euro. Nel locale c'erano 4 tavoli quindi escludo la "confusione" o "la svista". Non avendo controllato subito lo scontrino perché eravamo di fretta (mea culpa) ci siamo accorti in un secondo momento che i conti non tornavano. Volevo mettere 1 stella ma ne ho messe 3 per la gentilezza dei camerieri e per concedere un pizzico di fiducia al locale affinché non ci siano più questi "errori" (Sperando appunto si sia trattato solo...
