Great reviews encouraged us to try but it was a very disappointing evening. Most of the dishes were ok but the tagliolini al nero WAY too salty (sent it back), tuna tartare was bland and raviolo tasted like it had been waiting in the kitchen for some time before service. The confusion and tension between kitchen and serving staff was evident and service itself was part chaotic, part absent. The manager for the evening did his best to cover, including sending the pasta dish back to the kitchen straight away but there were just too many things that were poor. The manager did adjust the bill (partly for some mistakes, partly to apologise) but we won’t be returning as there are plenty of other great restaurants in San Teodoro. Read morewe were there for luclnch and wanted pizza. no one mentioned when we came in or got the menu that pizza was only available during the evening. it also didnt say anything about this in the menu. This is something a decent waiter would mention when you sit down.
we then ordered risotto and culurgiones. Both items were served on ice cold plates and of course the food was medium cold already when we got it... it wasn't good.
we paid by card. only afterwards we looked at the bill in detail. they charged 18eur for the culurgiones instead of 14 eur. and for the 0.5l water they charged the price of the 0.75l water. this is a no go.
The coperto was also the most expensive one we've seen in two weeks on the islans....
