Strange experience, would not recommend.

Reserved a table for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty. We asked for a baby chair for our 2 year old, but no one brought one for us. I went to get one myself in the end. Then a different waitress told us (across the restaurant) that they hadn’t brought one because we didn’t specifically asked for one when we reserved the table. This no one informed us about when we made the reservation nor when we asked for the chair from two different waiters. For the entirety of the dinner, an unused chair was standing at the table next to ours. We are visiting restaurants weekly with our family - both during holidays and privately, and we have never experienced a restaurant where you need to specify that you need a child chair when reserving a table for 2 adults and 2 children. Extremely odd. Likely as a result of the poor service, you pay at a reception completely disconnected to the staff that serve you, minimizing the incentive of trying to do a good job. In short - it looks like popular place but be ready that you might get a bad service here. Been there twice. First time was quite good- okay food and the guy waiter was very nice. We decided to come back. We were a group of friends, and ordered food at the same time, some went for starters and some not. After a while all our friends got their orders, starters and main courses arrived at the same time for some of our friends but my spouse and I received only starter. After a while everybody finished with the food but we still did not get our main courses. The waitress got reminded and reassured us that the food was coming. After a while two of us was still sitting at the empty table weighting for our order, while everybody was finished long ago. We came at the reception. We told that we want to pay for everything we had, excluding those dishes that we never received and leave. Mi spiace solo di non poter mettere meno di una stella... Neanche quella:in 4 ore 20:30 prenotazione, chiamiamo per correttezza x avvisare che avremmo fatto 30 minuti di ritardo se possibile, ci hanno obbligati a " scattare" perché avevano altre prenotazioni per lo stesso tavolo..ore 20:45 ci sediamo, con assenza di sorriso da parte del personale ci consegnano i menù, ordiniamo in meno di 4 minuti, torna il cameriere dicendo che il piatto x2 di paccheri scelto non poteva essere eseguito per mancanza di paccheri, ma era possibile cambiare la pasta con i tagliolini... Al che chiediamo nuovamente iol menù x confermare il piatto con variazione consigliatoci. Ordiniamo anche un filetto del quale mi raccomando circa 4 volte, a costo di risultare insistente, perché mi era sembrato di cogliere una bassa attenzione alla Cosa, dicendo anche che se mi fosse arrivato al sangue ne avrei desiderato uno da cuocere da zero... Attesa di un ora x l'antipasto, finalmente arrivano i piatti ma in un ordine a loro scelta. La carne era prevedibilmente non tagliata a libretto e cottissima come specificato, rimandata indietro... Le Patatine saltate di contorno scritte nel menù neanche l'ombra e il cameriere non ne sapeva l'esistenza.. Altre patate Che però sono arrivate fritte e rigorosamente surgelate la frittura di calamari era surgelata e ovviamente gommosa.. Antipasto di pesce x 2 ok, verdure grigliate arrivate dopo e chieste cm antipasto (5,€e qualcosa) si presentavano con una rondella di cipolla Bianca cotta, 2rondelle di melanzane, 2 rondelle di zucchine e un ciuffetto di radicchio semicrudo! Chiediamo un'acqua e la segnano ma non c'è la portano.. La chiediamo ad un'altra cameriera e la segna, sta volta la porta al tavolo e quando faccio x chiederle di cancellarci la seconda al mio solo"SCUSI" si gira con una seconda bottiglia in mano e mi dice"ma non puoi aspettare? Vedi? "con fare scorbutico e scocciata! Ci rimango ovviamente male... Arriva il mio filetto stracotto... Un sapore non estremamente male ma... Neanche il contrario... Le patate incluse... Ancora niente. Arrivano i tagliolini... Sono con un altro condimento! Uno dei commensali non ha mangiato, le patate della carne arrivano al conto e facendo notare che nonostante uno dei due tagliolini è stato mangiato x fame.. L'altro è stato lasciato... Il cameriere si è più preoccupato di non essere sgridato che di recuperare x far fare buona figura al ristorante..alla fine dobbiamo dire che abbiamo sbagliato noi a capire hahhaha!!! Al conto con 3 acque e senza vino abbiamo pagato 95€ perché il tagliolino abbiamo insistito a non pagarlo... Alla cassa confusione anche lì... Dice"i paccheri non te li abbiamo messi"... Certo non c'erano! "Neanche i calamari alla griglia!" Ribatte, neanche quelli abbiamo ordinato! Andiamo via senza aver *MANGIATO" CON 95 ERO IN MENO! Scorbutico e presuntuosi sin dalla prima telefonata! E leggendo le recensioni ma soprattutto dalle loro risposte mi sembra sempre si più che sia così! Su 6 ordinazioni 5 storte o sbagliate! Artisti...
