Tres San Teodoro Ristorante | Food - Wine - Cocktail — Restaurant in Santu Diadòru/San Teodoro

We were there first at 5pm and enjoyed 2 very nice cocktails, service, a young man, was very friendly and made us feel much welcome, we even got a free snack with the drinks, so I tipped him a good amount. We also reserved for 4 in the evening, to continue enjoy some of the cocktails. Sadly there was a misunderstanding and the personal thought we wanted to dine there. As we cleared the misunderstanding, we got send to the couch, with a bit of a rough undertone(not the same young man as in the afternoon). Since then we got treated unfriendly. The cocktails were still nice, but no snacks this time, which is fine. We ordered fried potatoes chips as a snack, they tasted like old. As we went to pay, the person at the counter, was very rude and even made us pay 12€ Serving fee???? We didn't even ate there and it's not our fault that you guys got upset over a misunderstanding. The service was horrible at the evening and unfriendly, so normally no tip would be deserved, but they proceeded to calculate us a service fee😂 absolute horrendous. We even gave them 3€ tip (cocktails were still good) but we wouldnt have if we knew about the serving fee. One Cocktail on our recipe was 3€ more expensive then on the menu, so I went to the counter and asked FRIENDLY about it, I got bluffed on that it's the tip of my friend who payed and that he changed the price to accommodate for that. Fine but no need to be unfriendly towards ur guest who paid good money for some cocktails and fries which tasted like nothing. I didn't even complain I just asked about it in a very friendly manner. I would not recommend anyone to go there since tourists are obvsl not welcome and the food is not the best quality and very expensive too, which is already stated in other reviews. Cocktails are good but I wouldn't go there another time since the staff obviously doesn't want customers. Quite bad experience over all. Again nothing against the very friendly young man from 5pm, he liked his job treated us the way we treated him, we enjoyed being around there but this is obviously not the norm there. 2/10 (2 stars for cocktails and the one server) wouldn't go...

Beautiful place located in the Heart of San Teodoro! The atmosphere is great and so is the decoration. The place is pet friendly so you can take them and enjoy together. Regarding the food, the restaurant is pretty pricey for the options they carry. We had the burrata and the carpaccio as entrees and they both lacked flavour. The carpaccio meat was also not properly cut. As a main dish we had the asparagus linguini with guanciale that suffered from the same issue… lack of flavour (expect one tiny piece of guanciale) :( But the cherry on top of this awful cake was the staff. At first we were nicely greeted by the waiters that understood English which is a good thing, but when we sat down and started ordering they quickly switched their behaviour. They stopped speaking in English even though they knew we only knew a little of Italian and were always very bothered to come to our table. When my boyfriend asked for the check (he tried to do it in Italian since they wouldn’t speak to us in English like they said they would) the waiter started to laugh in his face ( not in a jokingly way but in a rather rude way). We tried looking around to see if other costumers (all of them Italian or Italian speakers) were having the same kind of service but that wasn’t the case. In other tables the waiters would laugh and act welcoming. So if you’re not Italian or a fluent Italian speaker I wouldn’t advise you to come to this place as the waiters are pretty xenophobic. Same thing with the food if you’re ok with paying a good amount of money for bland food this is the place for you, if it’s not the case I wouldn’t recommend… very disappointing...

This restaurant had a good rating on Google which is why we called to reserve a table. What a bad experience.. We were seated to our table on arrival and received a menu. This was all fine but, ten minutes we waited for a server to order drinks, then we had to waive down a server to take our food order, which was delivered incorrectly. We advised the person delivering the food who went to speak with the server. The person delivering the food came back after a couple minutes and removed one of the plates that was delivered in error and apologized. We advised the employee that we were sharing, we waited ten minutes for plates so that we could eat the food. We don't know, even now, if the food was a hot dish or a cold one because obviously by the time we were given the right equipment to eat, it was impossible maintain the heat. The server then came to our table at this point and told us we made the error when we ordered the food. Sorry, but I work in the hospitality industry, and I know you're NOT allowed to suggest that the customer is wrong. This behaviour put a bad taste in our mouth and my guests and I could not enjoy the remainder of the meal. Nevertheless, we continued to eat the food we had ordered, which overall was not great except for the pasta, and quickly asked for the bill and left.
