Beach Club Bar — Restaurant in Santu Diadòru/San Teodoro

So much potential but quite a terrible experience. The place probably survives given its great location and good music to attract customers.

Besides that the service is possibly one of the worst we have received in Sardinia.

The facts: The place is an absolute chaos and getting a table was more of a matter of luck than an organised process. Getting the staff members attention is a hard task in itself. Once we finally got a table, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco and 4 minutes later we ordered food... The result of these actions was the waiter coming with two separate receipts to pay (yes, before we got the bottle and the food). What was particularly shocking is that in each receipt they're charging table service. We complained about it and the staff replied that was the policy of the restaurant. In addition to the bad experience we were already having... Another waiter approached with a different dish than the one we ordered. We stated that was not a dish for us... Then he insisted in a pedantic way it was for us... Eventually he realised it was for a different table.

Conclusion, for the price you pay it's definitely not worth it.

The only thing there's to save from this restaurant is their Lasagne.

This place is terrible. On the board it says the price of beer 0.33 Ichnusa 3.5 euros and on the bill 5 euros. After pointing out this difference, two waitresses tried to convince me that the price was changed by the boss and they can't do anything about it. After I said it was the boss's problem and not mine, one of them said in Italian to the other that since I don't want to drink beer I can give it back and leave local, the other one replied that they won't do that and they have to sell it. They didn't know that I understand a little Italian because my wife is Italian. They spoke a very low level of English, during the conversation one of them smiled at other customers in an ironic way. Finally they called the boss who gave me the difference in price. I wonder how many people they cheated in this way, I think a lot. I think these two girls and all the staff don't understand that they are working with people who want to relax and they treat you like someone to rob. They hope you won't argue....

Worst place to eat i've ever been ! First they ask you to pay before you eat, you have to pay for the whole table and cannot divide the bill individually... We ordered starters and main course we were 4 People at a small table with 10 plates because they serve you all i once... They inverted two burgers, only gave 2 cutlery, no sauce on the burgers, bad ingredients, no seasoning on the salad, the dishes are not matching what is said on the menu, believe me, a child would make better food ! Even the fries are frozen fries.. The waiters want you to eat and leave the table really fast and are bad-tempered. "If you don't like the dishes, you won't pay for it, i'll guarentee you ! " said the boss just before asking us to pay before we were...
